Capacity

Our vessels will be capped at 50% capacity to ensure safe sailings.

Personal Protective Equipment

Masks of course are required when moving around inside the boat or at the Resorts. We kindly ask that you bring your own face covering however if you do not have one, we will be happy to provide you with one.

We recommend frequent hand sanitization at our many sanitization stations on board the vessels.

On Board Dining

Food service on board will be individually packaged meals thereby reducing any hands-on contact. Beverage service will be in recyclable containers. We encourage our guests to bring their own water bottle.

Cleaning

Crew will be properly trained on sanitation protocols. The crew will do a thorough clean and sanitization before and after each sailing as well as adhere to a cleaning schedule throughout each sailing.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping at the Resorts will be optional and based on your own comfort level. Please use your “Do Not Disturb” sign to notify staff that you would prefer no one enter your room.

All guests will be asked to answer the following questions prior to boarding:

• Do you have any of the following symptoms? Cough, headache, weakness, fever, difficulty breathing?

• Have you travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days?

• Have you been in close contact with a person with COVID-10 while they were ill and you did not have the appropriate PPE?

• Do you agree to follow all Pacific Coastal Cruises and associated business’s COVID-19 regulations throughout your entire trip?
