Pacific Coastal Cruises on board the Pacific Bear “Our Little Blue Boat”
Pacific Coastal Cruises is redefining a journey of discovery along British Columbia’s breathtaking coastal waterways.
In this immersive, all-inclusive experience, your daylight hours are aboard the intimate Coastal Cruises’ the Pacific Bear, while overnights are spent at comfortable, curated eco-lodges in the heart of unspoiled wilderness.
Reawaken your explorer’s spirit amidst the awesome vistas, fog ensconced mountain peaks, and austere, northern grandeur of Desolation Sound. A paradise as pure and remote as any destination on earth, Desolation Sound remains virtually unchanged from its earliest discovery.
Experience nature as it was meant to be. The Pacific Bear is equipped to navigate hidden channels and discrete anchorages, affording you unparalleled views of sea lions, seals and dolphins immersed in this pristine playground.
From spawning salmon, to wild grizzlies or migrating humpback whales, every season is enhanced by a stroke of the supernatural. But no matter when you visit, tangible tranquility is at the heart of every voyage.
The Bear’s friendly crew serves hearty breakfasts and wholesome lunches on deck, while a knowledgeable naturalist punctuates your voyage with gems of insight that enrich your adventure.
In the evening, dinner is served at hand picked eco-lodges, which offer you unexpected comforts amidst the expansive landscape. The spacious common room welcomes you to Homfray Lodge, imbued with the rich traditions of the Klahoose people, in the heart of Desolation Sound. On Quadra Island, Tsa-Kaw Luten Lodge is home to the Laichwiltach people, where the First Nations’ architecture and art pay tribute to the ancestors who once fished and hunted on this land.
The promise of Pacific Coastal Cruises runs deep. Join us for a journey of reflection and self-discovery. In a world filled with clutter and noise, discover the calm that quiets the mind and reawakens the spirit.
