Our naturalist cruise director is your guide, ensuring your experience is both enjoyable and enriching. Daily talks examine both local wildlife and the region’s rich Indigenous history. As we follow the route first navigated by Captain George Vancouver, our Captain demonstrates navigating techniques, charting, and Seamanship Safety. We cruise through a bounty of seafood; we may even undertake some salmon fishing – as demonstrated by our Chef and crew. Onboard our Little Blue Boat, guests are encouraged to listen, learn, and participate.

Meals & Beverages

All meals are included, both onboard and/or on shore. The varied menus reflect the local seasons; from watching your onboard chef prepare for an evening’s dinner including fresh salmon, to indulging in a hard-won catch of dungeness crab, your experience will extend to a curated taste of the regions’ finest. This holds true for the beverages as well; local craft beers – and home-grown wine pairings – are included with your onboard meals. The meals will vary from cruise to cruise, ensuring that all guests savour foods at the height of their flavour. To inspire companionship, meals are generally served “family style.” Meals served onboard and at Homfray Lodge include wine and beer.

Luggage Transport & Handling

Luggage is transported between the Pacific Bear and your accommodation from the morning of your cruise departure to the end of the cruise and is included in the tour price.
